Patient billing questions often require phone calls to insurance customer service, and these calls routinely require hour-long hold times and call backs. Please be patient! We promise to get back to you as quickly as possible.
The No Surprises Act protects self-pay patients against surprise bills. If you are paying in full and out-of-pocket (either because you have no insurance or because you submit claims directly), we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate.
